In 2023 our model evolved to give each of us more individual responsibility- to become entrepreneurs. With our new model, each of us spent time thinking about how we wanted to use the resources available to us to build on what we had learned in our first three years. Given the constraints of our already busy lives- other jobs and family responsibilities- we had to be realistic, but we wanted to make this year’s individual projects a chance to grow.
